These terms apply to every offer by NOUVZ and every distance contract between NOUVZ and a consumer.

The offer contains a clear description of the product. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding. Images represent the product as faithfully as possible.

Prices on the website are the total prices you pay for the product. Any shipping costs are shown separately at checkout, before you pay.

NOUVZ applies the Dutch small business scheme (KOR). No VAT is therefore charged.

The contract is concluded when you complete your order at checkout. You then receive an order confirmation by email.

Payment is handled through the secure checkout of our shop partner Shopify. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

We deliver as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, unless agreed otherwise. Details are on Shipping & Returns. The risk of damage or loss remains with us until the product is delivered to you.

You can in principle cancel a purchase up to 14 days after delivery without giving a reason, unless a statutory exception applies, via Cancel an order.

After notifying us, return the product complete and carefully packed within 14 days. Handle the product with care during the cooling-off period. Return costs and address: see Shipping & Returns.

We refund the purchase amount including standard outbound shipping within 14 days of your notification via the same payment method. We may wait until we have received the product or you show it has been sent back.

The product must conform to the contract and to what you may reasonably expect. The statutory warranty always applies. No additional commercial warranty is offered.

Have a complaint, for example about a damaged or wrong product? Report it as soon as possible via the contact page. We respond within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it together, you may submit the dispute to the competent court.

Our liability is limited to what the law permits. This never limits your mandatory consumer rights.

We process personal data as described in our privacy policy.

Texts, designs, card content and images of NOUVZ are protected and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

Dutch law applies to these terms and contracts.
