Privacy Policy

NOUVZ. Email: via the contact form. KvK: to be confirmed.

We store your name, email address and message to reply to your question, for up to 12 months after handling.

When you sign up for the newsletter or a pack waitlist (Flow Pack, Couples Pack, Reconnect Pack or a next Flirt Pack edition), we store your email address, the list you joined and when. We only use this to inform you about those topics. You can unsubscribe anytime; we then delete your email address. This also applies to sign-ups made under our previous brand name, Sterkere Relaties.

Ordering and payment run through Shopify, which processes your name, address, email address, order and payment details. We keep these as long as legally required (7-year tax retention). Your bag is stored locally in your browser so it is not lost.

If you cancel a purchase, we store your email address, order number, optionally your last name and the exact time of your request, to handle it and show when it was made. We keep this as long as the related order must be kept.

We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies — only strictly necessary browser storage, such as your bag, which needs no consent. The Shopify checkout may use necessary Shopify cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which technically passes on your IP address.

We never sell your data. We only share it with service providers needed to run the site: Shopify (shop and payments), our hosting and database partner (Lovable Cloud) and, for delivery, the carrier.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and port your data, and to object. Send your request via the contact page; we respond within one month. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
